Our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
In case of cancellation of any order, only 30% of the payment will be receivable from the advance payment.
All goods or services purchased are non-returnable.
The product shall not be returnable under any circumstances.
Replacement will only be accepted within 10 days of delivery and must be in the original packaging.
Customers are requested to check the product thoroughly upon delivery. Exchanges are only applicable for eligible products in compliance with company guidelines.
