Non-Returnable - Only Exchange

All goods or services purchased are non-returnable.

• The customer shall pay 50% of the invoice in advance.
• Payment to be made in advance with 50% at the time of confirmation, while the rest of the payment must be made before dispatching the material from the company.
• The product shall not be returnable under any circumstances.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of any order, only 30% of the payment will be refundable from the advance amount.

Delivery Terms

Delivery charges shall always be borne by the customer. The customer bears the risk during transit.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

The company will facilitate a 1-year warranty for pumps only. Electric cables, panels, and all types of pipes are not covered under any type of warranty or guarantee.

(Piece-to-piece replacement for 1 year – warranty applicable via ex-showroom.)

In no event shall the company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit. The customer has to bear replacement or return charges.

Discounts & Dealership

• We provide discounts on bulk quantities.
• We also provide a certificate for dealership (only after completion of the 1st order).

Installation and Maintenance

The customer is responsible for proper installation, maintenance, and repair of the pumps. We recommend regular inspection and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Replacement Policy

Replacement will only be accepted within 10 days of delivery and must be in original packaging.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be subject to Rajkot jurisdiction.
